GENERAL DUTIES:
PLAN, DIRECT, COORDINATE, OVERSEE, AND MANAGE THE DAILY BUSINESS OPERATIONS OF THE COMPANY’S VARIOUS LINES OF BUSINESSES, INCLUDING: (A)
INSURANCE BROKERAGE; (B) ACCOUNTING SERVICES; (C) TEMPORARY HELP SERVICES; (D) DOCUMENT HANDLING SERVICES; AND (E) RETAIL AND GENERAL
MECHANDISE; OVERSEE A WIDE RANGE OF BUSINESSES. RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO A SPECIFIC DEPARTMENT BUT COVER NUMEROUS DIVISIONS;
OVERSEES THE DAY-TO-DAY PROCESSES AND OPERATIONS TO ENSURE THEY RUN SMOOTH AND ALIGN WITH THE BUSINESS CORE OBJECTIVES; ENSURE THAT THE
COMPANY HAS THE RIGHT RESOURCES, INCLUDING WORKFORCE, INVENTORY, AND FACILITIES, TO MEET CURRENT AND FUTURE DEMAND EFFICIENTLY.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
PLAN, DIRECT, COORDINATE, OVERSEE, AND MANAGE THE FOLLOWING LINES OF BUSINESSES OF THE COMPANY:
INSURANCE BROKERAGE:
SALE OF VARIOUS TYPES OF INSURANCE POLICIES; MEETING NEW CLIENTS TO ASSESS THEIR RISKS AND NEEDS WHEN OFFERING HEALTH OR LIFE INSURANCE;
INSPECTION OF ASSETS WHEN SELLING CAR OR PROPERTY INSURANCE; CALCULATION OF PAYMENT METHODS, PLANS, AND PREMIUMS TO MAKE SURE CLIENTS ARE
RECEIVING PROPER COVERAGE; ENSURING POLICIES MEET CLIENTS’ REQUIREMENT TO THEIR SATISFACTION; AND CREATION AND CUSTOMIZATION OF SPECIAL
COVERAGE PACKAGES FOR CLIENTS AND TAILOR THEM TO THEIR REQUIREMENTS.
ACCOUNTING SERVICES:
PERFORMANCE OF BOOKKEEPING FUNCTIONS FOR CLIENTS THAT INCLUDES RECORDING OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND TRACK SPENDING, MONITOR INCOME
AND PREPARE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS; HANDLING OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLES FOR CLIENTS BY TRACKING HOW MUCH MONEY THEY OWE TO SUPPLIERS; PERFORMING
PAYROLL PROCESSING FOR CLIENTS BY CALCULATING THEIR EMPLOYEES’ WAGES AND WITHHOLDING/PAYROLL TAXES, AND OTHER BENEFITS; PERFORMING TAX
ACCOUNTING SERVICES FOR CLIENTS AND ENSURE CLIENTS PAY THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF TAX; AND PREPARING AND FILING OF TAX RETURNS OF CLIENTS;
TEMPORARY HELP SERVICES (MANPOWER SERVICES)
WORKING WITH CLIENTS TO HELP THEM FILL THEIR TEMPORARY STAFFING NEEDS; DETERMINING BREADTH AND NEEDS OF THE CLIENTS’ BUSINESSES AND PROVIDE
THEM WITH THE RIGHT CANDIDATES AT ANY TIME; PERFORMING HUMAN RESOURCES FUNCTIONS, INCLUDING, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO SELECTION, TRAINING, OR
EVALUATION OF WORKERS; AND PREPARING AND COORDINATING WORKERS’ SCHEDULES AND ASSIGNMENTS.
DOCUMENT HANDLING SERVICES:
WORKING ON THE COMPANY’S AND CLIENTS’ WORKERS’ RENEWAL DOCUMENTS; PREPARING TAX RETURNS AND ALL BUSINESS REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS OF
CLIENTS; AND SCHEDULING OF SUBMISSION OF: TAXES AND OTHER GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS AND RENEWALS TO ENSURE BUSINESS AND CLIENTS’
COMPLIANCE WITH DEADLINES.
RETAIL AND GENERAL MERCHANDISE
MANAGING STAFF, OPTIMIZING IN-STORE PROCESSES TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION; MANAGING INVENTORY, ANALYZING SALES DATA, AND PRICE
PRODUCTS; AND IMPLEMENTING VISUAL MERCHANDISING STANDARDS AND OVERSEE THE OVERALL STORE PRESENTATION.
OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
REVIEW FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, SALES OR ACTIVITY REPORTS,OR OTHER PERFORMANCE DATA TO MEASURE PRODUCTIVITY AND GOAL ACHIEVEMENTS TO
IDENTIFY AREAS TO IMPLEMENT COST REDUCTION AND AREAS THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT; DIRECT AND COORDINATE WITH HIGHER MANAGEMENT THE PROCESSES
AND ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY’S VARIOUS LINES OF BUSINESSES OR DEPARTMENTS; ESTABLISH OR IMPLEMENT DEPARTMENTAL POLICIES, GOALS, OBJECTIVES
OR PROCEDURES IN COORDINATION WITH THE COMPANY’S BOARD MEMBERS AND OFFICIALS; SET PRICES FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS BASED ON FORECASTS OF
CUSTOMER DEMANDS; AND DEVELOP OR IMPLEMENT MARKETING STRATEGIES AND ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN.
